Poll above and leave your thoughts below.

Andre Ward sometimes comes in with the head low, and Bute has a devastating uppercut.

Additionally, Bute has serious power on his punches to the body.

I favor Ward in this match-up, but there is a chance Bute could score the KO/TKO.

So, what percent chance does Bute have of getting a KO/TKO win over Andre Ward?

Ward shows no signs of being a KO waiting to happen but Bute has lots of power and unlike froch the speed to deliver it

Plus even if Ward happens to be way ahead that left to the body can end a fight at any moment or turn it around

so many guys leave the body open, then he hits the body, they cover the body and then the uppercut comes in and fight over

I dont see a KO here I think Ward's counter punching keeps Bute cautious but Bute will do well

probably be a very tactical close fight that goes 12

Bute wont knock oot Ward, he might never even fight him.

I'd say is chances are aboot 0-25%, slim to none.

Bute throws brilliant uppercuts to the body that could wear ward down even if he did decide to come on the inside, if those slowed him down he wouldnt be able to hold as much and then boom! Bute cracks him to the jaw

Its a possibility, im just suprised Froch wasnt really active, should have known that Wards holding would have spoiled Froch from getting going

Froch has long arms and he tends to throw looping punches. Also, he's not that fast. Ward was smart to get in his chest and stay there.

Exactly, and who knows what his strategy against Bute would be? Whatever it is, history shows it's likely to be very effective.

I doubt Ward gets KO'd as he is very hard to hit. I see Bute winning a 12 round UD
but Ward has been underestimated for a long time now, and could pound out a victory as well.

I see this as a 50/50 fight....really neither guy should be considered a sure winner. We can't use Wards' win over Froch as a go-by...Bute is an entirely different kind of boxer. Ward or his team have found ways to beat each and every opponent....might do the same for Bute.

I think it could be a great fight, even though I favor Ward.

Would love to see Ward ko Bute with a body shot. That would really be ironic.

Ultimately though, Ward will win with his speed. I think he will make Bute look relatively slow.

I voted 0-25%. Would happen late in the fight.

Tactical fight IMO... battle of the jabs R1-R3, Ward figures out Bute's timing, fights southpaw, pops in & out of the pocket and outlands him clearly R4-R8, Ward clearly the aggressor R8-R12 with Bute having a small chance of landing power lefts if Ward buys into the right hooks feints.

Close but clear UD for Ward or late KO/TKO for Bute is how I see it. I don't think Bute wins a UD against a technician like Ward, even in QC.
