These are direct quotes from those who were actually there at the time so take your bs elsewhere. Some stuff in the video from the author is speculation but there are direct quotes in there. The wraps were illegal. You aren't allowed to put used materials in the wraps for the very purpose of it being dangerous and hardening.

I doubt most of the people on this thread have any idea how much poise and reaction time it takes to react this way in a professional boxing match with anybody, let alone a guy who is still on the top shelf of the division, which, sorry, everyone, Mosley was, at the time, much to the chagrin of people who love to find reasons why Floyd isn't great. No, Olu is right. The situational awareness and response time seen in this clip is actually a perfect example of why Floyd was so great. The great Muhammad Ali has had worse moments against worse opponents and responded worse. If you don't like that, don't blame Floyd. Pacquiao has had infinitely worse moments against infinitely worse opponents and responded infinitely more sleepy, and gotten infinitely less critical thinking lobbed at him for it from the same people who think this is a lowlight for Floyd, instead of a highlight. LOL Ive seen that CSAC version attempting to cover their wrong doings. Funny the independent lab report never mentioned any "white substance smeared on the pad" that was the CSAC insp who watched that wrap signed it & passed on it that said that probably to cover up his neglecting to properly supervise. The lab described it as " A damp, small , used gauze pad" No mention of white substance or pad being hard. Heck it was weeks later when they tested it wonder when it was supposed to get hard & dangerous??? .
Naz was notorious for complaining about fighters wraps it was his way of getting into their heads, this time he went too far;. As for Mosely? He's a PROVEN, & eventually SELF CONFESSED Peds abuser himself. He had to finally confess after BALCO produced the receipts in his name. He'd lied about passing polygraph tests proving his innocence before. Note he got a pass & no action was taken against him Except everyone knows he cheated. Antonio, an innocent man had his career & good name tarnished in this debacle
