It looks perfect for doing ten different types of push-up.

I think they are trash (yes, I've tried it out), but I know a few people who swear by them. I did not feel any added benefit from these twisty handles.
Some people get wrist pain with push ups, so I guess this would help them out.

They won't give any benefit at all compared to regular push ups.

  6. ON an completely unrelated story, I've retired the fist push ups for a while. Anyone ever dislocated their knuckle doing them unwrapped?

For years i have done the typical pressup, shoulder width hand placement and palms on the floor.

Then i read that doing them on knuckles is a lot more compliant given better natural form and less risk of wrist injury.

So i do them on knuckles.

    Those bars arent needed.

they are good as they mimic the turning of the wrist at the end of a punch

i've seen an infomercial for that product before. dont know how effective it is compared to a regular push up but i know if you place your feet on a flight or two of stairs it offers more resistance and makes it more challenging.

I do my push-ups on my knuckles.

It hurts my wrists too much doing them on the flats of the hand palms.

Might give these things a go though.

The way I see it :

It's not useless but it's not necessary. It will definately remove some pressure from your joints.

  14. THeres no way you'd stick to using a little handle bar for your push ups. I couldn't imagine anything more uncomfortable.

As far as push ups go stick to normal ones but as far as sports orientated training goes I would suspect the turning is very good for boxers.
