:crybby Technically u didn't hear anything u read it, and what u read was him being compared STYLISTICALLY to Roy Jones... ESB some people don't know enough, others think they know too much
He's not like Jones stylistically either. He's a welterweight Haye. Only to Thurman's credit, I'm quite certain he has a lot more BALLS than Haye does.
not gunna lie, guy that said he reminds him of david haye is 100% accurate lmfao. And if i seriously see someone rank thurman as #1 welterweight you should probably go watch some boxing. Top 5 MAYBE lmfao i cant even deal with this anymore.
I think the Lacy situation was clearly a case of "too much too soon". Birmingham has learned from this and is unlikely to make the same mistake again. Diaz, while not an ideal opponent, can punch and has the right style for Keith to showcase his skills against. Smart filler matchup in my opinion...
Lacy was hooked on power with limited boxing skills Thurman has power and skills. Thurman is always striving to be better. Lacy thought he had arrived and was already as good as he could get. Completely different fighters and style NO COMPARISON
Thurman still has a lot to learn. He's still hittable and leaves himself open for counters with his wide swings. The Thurman nuthugging on the Scene is ridiculous.
