    i just read that pernell whitaker is paul spadafora's new trainer,i dont know how old this news is but im interested to see what sweet pea can do with spadafora.maybe put em back on the map as a champion? or maybe even attract more fighters to want pernell in their corner,he may prove to be as great a trainer as he was a fighter

    Spadafora is finished Whitaker would be better training Rico Spadafora instead of Paul.

    Spaddy is done.
    Every time he fights it's his comeback cuz he takes a year in between fights.
    He was good in his prime though.

    Perenell has so much to offer the sport that its a shame he was not doing this long ago on a regular basis. I really hope this works out for him.
