Must be joking. A shutout for ten rounds, then miraculously knocked down four times in the tenth? Get out of here.
I don't even know where to start for tis one. Margo has never faced a guy that has the ring IQ, speed, jab, footwork, defense and counter-punching that a Pea has. He would be befudled at his inability to land anything of note on Pea while Pea's standing right in front of him and getting countered again and again. Margo is simply too basic of a fighter to give Pea too much trouble. Pea ate pressure fighters like Margo for breakfast especially those with no jab and walking targets like Margo. Pea wins every round in this fight with ease and clowns abit of the way.
Why the hell ask the question who wins in a fight between two fighters, if there is no choice? I think Margarito overwhelmes the smaller Pea. I'm not joking - I repeat, I'm not joking. :bart
He is. I didn't see the post you quoted before posting my little pic. That one seals it, he's just riling us up. Either that or he is just far less educated/intelligent than I originally thought.
Cheers man. It's great when I give my views and they never get laughed at, especially not by a number of people. Not a bad track record at all. :good
margarito isn't even a really big puncher, and cotto was outboxing him for most of the rounds. cotto aint **** compared to whitaker.
Exactly, Margarito has never faced Sweet Pea, and vice versa. Who knows what would happen. Maybe it's a 12th round shut out for Pea who uses his lateral movement to avoid being pinned on the ropes. Maybe this is the story of the fight up until to 10th, where Margarito throws a right uppercut which creeps up the guard of Sweet, and stuns him. Margarito has a high workrate, so don't tell me he doesn't land anything all night. That's almost as laughable as my prediction, which I admit, is not probable, but is possible.
He's clearly riling us up. I mean, seriously. "Sweet wins practically every round until the 10th, where Pea tastes the canvas atleast 4 times. Too wide of a gap at that point, and he just runs to survive in typical Pea fashion in the 12th." I don't know why he's so keen on keeping up the joke, but it's blatantly obvious by now.
Maybe I'll make a thread entitled, Sugar Ray Leonard vs andre Berto, because I'm just dying to know who wins that one. I mean, whoever was bold enough to predict a Sweet Pea win here is a credit to themselves, and as a result, has a lot in common with Robbi. A man who prides himself on stating the obvious.
Sweet Pea already beat the **** out of a much better version of Margo in Julio Cesar Chavez. I don't even see how Tony could win more than couple of rounds. Nothing against Margarito but easy win for Pernell.
