Two of the very best in the lightweight division...
15 rounds at lightweight (Whitaker never fought fifteen...would it be the difference?)
    Who do you like?

If Loi beats Ortiz, I think that says it all, regardless of whatever someone responds to this post with. Loi was a fighter thought similar to Whitaker's style, but not as good I wouldn't say. Whitaker was a bit too slick and quick.

I don't see the similarity between Loi a constant pressure fighter and Whitaker a defensive genius. Loi was more similar to Frazier then Pernell.

I've heard much different about Loi, that he was a very slick fighter, though I've never seen him fight as there is no footage.

That is an excerpt I've just copied, so I guess he was a combo of the two, which seems a bit hard to be. Still I would go with Whitaker to beat the Ortiz I've seen.
