Geez guys, I really like Pernell and would pick him at most times. But the people here that have picked Rodriguez have good boxing knowledge . Do you think he'd over power Sweetpea?
I think Sweat Pea is the better fighter but he’s a lightweight that was pushing it at 147 whereas Rodriguez was a welterweight he dominated a slew of very good middleweights. I could see this being frustrated as Feo has a hard time consistently getting his jab in but he could bounce around box well enough and with his size and reach making it hard for Whitaker to get any offense done. Also Rodriguez was quite a bit bigger.
