Sweat Pea wins on points for sure. The guy just had to much defense and boxing skills for Pac in my opinion. Manny has a hard time with boxers (Morales and Marquez) and Sweat Pea is on a whole nother level.

 

Whitaker was a very fast defensive fighter. I think he would have outboxed Pacman and won a decision. Pacman hits harder and sharper than Whitaker and Whitaker is better defensively. Although in his last two fights Pacman has hardly been hit at all.

 

Whitaker would control this fight with his jab and movement. Pac would be dominated.

Bad style match up for Pac but by no means does Sweet Pea box his sox off like some would suggest. Pea by close UD or perhaps SD.

Whitaker UD

 

I think Whitaker would be able to make Manny miss and would therefore do little damage or score points. Meanwhile a steady pts lead would be built by Whitaker, and I'm not sure how Manny would respond as noone I can think of has made him miss enough to get flustered, but also not sure he'd get shots in to win or close the gap.

 

Wow talk about picking the wrong guy for Pac to fight. Pac wouldnt be able to hurt Pea who had a great chin, and was rarely ever down in a fight, nor was he ever hurt. This would be a nightmare fight for Pac. Not to mention a southpaw to boot.

 

If Erik Morales could outbox Manny, i'm sure Pete would give him hell. Pete by easy UD.
