    Exactly how I felt...He had almost no effective punching. Even though oscar missed a lot, he landd A LOT of effective punches.

    I wanna watch this fight again just because I'm shocked at how close the polling is for this fight (I thought Oscar won a clear but close decision), but it was pretty boring so I'll pass haha.


    2 things that come to mind wen looking back on this fight...

    1. People who gave the fight to whitaker's main argument is that "oscar's flurries were ineffective"...Sure, many/most of them were ineffective, but A LOT were effective. Oscar landed 90+% of the best shots of the fight.

    2. People say Whitaker's jab won him this fight. I don't see that because I don't think his jab had any effect on oscar. If you wanna see whitaker's jab win him a fight, watch him versus Julio Cesar Chavez (Chavez's head snapped back from jabs it seemed like 50+ times)
