I am intensely excited for Rigondeaux's pro debut. Double gold medal in the Olympics, two 200-win streaks in the Amateurs.... This guy can fight. I'm sure Whitaker will be good in the corner.

NM honestly didn't realize Pea had trained before with Brock.

Look forward to his newest protege

If Pea could give this dude even a nugget of his knowledge + Rigondeaux AM experience.
This pair is defo the right mixture for something great on paper.

The rest is up to Rigondeaux to live up to expectation.

Hey, I thought Sweetpea did a great job with Calvin Brock, and should have beet Chambers in that fight. Too bad the eye thing screwed his career.

When I say this, I mean in the era were Cubans were not allowed to fight pro, were you would always see them dominating the amatuer ranks and you would hope for guys like Stevenson or Savon to turn but it never happened. Thats the era I was referring to, not so far back.
