    Random thought of the day - who would you pick @ Lightweight?

    I would say Sweet Pea by a close UD - mainly based on Shane's punch output at the weight - but he did have some sickening power & was very accurate

    Your thoughts?

    Close fight, alot of people have forgot just how unusually fast, Mosley was in his heyday.

    Close decision either way. Mosley at lightweight IMO was more dynamic than Whitaker and just as fast. Pea had that great jab and D though.

    Pea also liked to fight in close and Mosley was a killer on the inside with body shots and hooks in his prime. I think I just talked myself into picking Shane :D

    Whitaker UD.

    Different levels of fighters. Anything Mosley did, Whitaker did better......except power, but no way Mosley would be able to hit Pea clearly, better offensive fighters couldn´t......

    I honestly think shanes faster then sweat pea. But pea was the quicker thinker and that would be the reason pea wins. Probably sumthin like 8-4

    Whitaker UD. I love both fighters. In fact these are my 2 favorite fighters of alltime, but Whitaker wins this.
