Personally, isn't it starting to look like it would be better without Mayweather/Pac.

The fight itself will not be exciting, and Mayweather has so many mental games going on that I am losing my enthusiam for this fight. Too much ego stuff going on and not enough fighting with the Mayweathers. That is why we miss the Hearns/Duran/Leonard/Hagler era because those guys fought regardless of all the other things. Wouldn't it be better for the fight to be cancelled now than have it scheduled and go right into March and the fight be called off then?

    I agree.

Can't wait for the next round of the Super 6, and the other bouts that are actually SCHEDULED already for 2010.

i agree. he fought jmm in a weight that he is too high for him. i think he don't deserve to fight pac but just agreed because he was the p4p#1 fighter before. but if you will look at it, guys like mosley, clottey or even bradley deserves to fight pac more. floyd is just a primadonna.

yes... first he cheats on JMM and con the people by fighting a lightweight. Second he ducked shane live. Now he is trying to tarnish the name of one of the greatest fighters of our time with his baseless accusation. :patsch

Spot on. If this is part of mayweather mind games to make the fight big then it is shameless because this fight should be able to sell its self.

I agree with the general sentiment, but the comparison to the Hearns et al is not so great. I don't know the circumstances of all the fights, but I know that Leonard isn't known for being a generous negotiator...
