Randy Petalcorin got robbed today in one of the most sickening ways ever down under, when referee Malcolm Bulner "missed" 4 knockdowns in the fight so that naturalized Australian Omari Kimweri could win a highly disputed split decision and in the WBC "Silver" Flyweight belt.

To make things worse, referee Malcolm Bulner's wife Samantha was one of the 2 judges scoring it for Kimweri.

Knocking a guy down 4 times, to lose a split decision. That's almost as bad as knocking a guy out to get a draw (Maravilla vs Cintron)

Like B-Hop would say; "That's why I never fight in Europe"

I saw randy fight back in melb town hall on the same card as my old trainer and mate. I did not know who he was but watching him made me instantly take notice. The guys a machine me and my mate turned to eachother and immediately recognised this kid as the best fighter we have ever seen in the flesh

Him and his team have to take some responsibility, why was he even in their win Kimweri? How hadn't he got a shot at Taguchi? (especially given Taguchi's next bout)....

I was there at the fight and i thought petalcorin was poor was getting bullied and controlled with less activity. 1st one was definitely a knockdown when it comes to the whole "ropes holding up" kd rarely are they given. All the other ones the other bloke bounced off coming back throwing punches and didn't appear to bad so I find it hard to give them. My understanding with the rope kd is to avoid people getting hurt with unnecessary punches when they are out on their feet.

It's got nothing to do with being hurt. It's simple, if the guy would have gone down except for the ropes holding him up then it's kd.
