Peter Fury missing from Tyson's camp will cost him

    It wasn't just ring rust tonight that was visible, the movement, defense and footwork of old was severely lacking. It was awful.

    No coordination, poor defense and not knowing when to attack.

    Lacking in discipline and professionalism. Peter knows how to get inside his head and keep him focused in and outside the ring.

    I sadly feel that this Fury is going the way of Haye 2.0. In other words he's done.

    He fought such a world class opponent that he needed all his aspects to be top notch

    You don’t get it. You cannot discipline someone who doesn’t want to be disciplined. You cannot make someone work if they don’t want to work.

    Either Peter walked away in disgust realizing Tyson was just there to clown or Tyson walked away because Peter was trying to make him, you know, train.

    Either way, Peter and Kevin Rooney and 24 drill sergeants clanging trash cans at dawn every morning to make Tyson go run and pick it up in the gym don’t make a bit of difference unless the fighter actually wants it.

    Yeah this is the same line trotted out when Haye was looking like a muscle bound bodybuilding looking slow, cumbersome and swinging wildly against De Mori and that other refugee.

    ''A few more fights and he'll be ready for Joshua'' they said.
