Peter is speaking the truth. Wilder won no more than 2 rounds until he smashed Szpilkas glass jaw. Povetkin will destroy this fraud within 3 rounds :deal:deal:deal

He told Sky Sports: "I had Wilder a couple of rounds behind before the knockout. He got the knockout and that was the main thing but it wasn't an impressive performance.

Peter also says that we shouldn't underestimate Charles Martin. Martin has the same level as Wilder according to him.

"I think Martin is equally as good as Wilder, as far as I can see. He looks impressive and I think he's up there. He has to be taken seriously and he's the IBF champion now. I liked his punches and the way he was relaxed.

"Martin was doing everything properly. I haven't seen much but from what I have seen, he looks impressive."

    About David Haye:

Fury was less impressed by the comeback of former WBA world champion David Haye, who returned with an emphatic first-round victory over Mark de Mori at The O2.

He said: "I didn't really make anything of it. David Haye did everything properly but his opponent was some weight-lifter from Croatia so what do you want me to say? He was a non-boxer."

Give it up Scott. Szpilka didn't land anything and Wilder started popping him hard by the 4th and every round after.
Peter knows this and is just talking smack like you.

Put Peter and Tyson's brains together and they just about make up a normal human brain.

The key phrase was, "just about" meaning, not quite whole.

You could see in their last week exchange that Wilder is not only smarter than Fury but much more likeable. I was surprised with the huge wave of NY Boos Fury received, and this was from a mostly Polish crowd.
It sounded like Fury was at the Apollo amateur hour and about to get the cane. :yep

Peter Fury seems so level-headed and spot on in his commentary, I sometimes wonder what chaos would reign in Furys camp without Peter!

I think Fury already earned his bragging rights. He'll earn more bragging rights if he can repeat that feat against Wlad.
Beating Wilder wouldn't mean much compared to beating Wlad again.
But it will be a nice payday. :good

If anyone has earned bragging rights and the right to talk smack its Tyson Fury. I don't like him, but he's our lineal champion now and I respect him for that. He did what he said he'd do.
