Might take a while (or might not), but my inclination is to think that Dempsey will be able to close with and hurt Jackson enough. Prime for prime. Could, of course, be wrong.
Of course I could be wrong, because I have seen no film of Peter Jackson, but I would guess a Dempsey win by Knockout in the first round.
Obviously we have a much clearer ide of Dempsey than we do of Jackson. My impression of Jackson, based on the inconclusive information that we have, is that he could have been beaten by a very good finisher. They don't come much better than Dempsey.
