Quillen isn't confident in his craft. That is why he says the fight doesn't make sense. This is boxing, not who wants to be a millionaire. The I won't fight this guy because he is too dangerous crap is ruining the sport.

Quillin never said he wouldnt fight Golovkin he said he wanted Martinez #1 and Geale #2 first

Nobody is afraid of a 30 year ild middleweight whos best wins are Ouma and a C level Junior Middleweight.:rofl

So why would Pirog pull out and disappear off the planet? Why did Sturm avoid him for YEARS? Trust me, they scared.

Why fight Golovkin? If I were him Id be gunning for Martinez, not this guy.:tired

You clowns dont realize this is "prize" fighting. His "prize" would be bigger vs Martinez.

Don't you think he'd be back by now if his aim was to duck GGG? I mean, there's tons of other middles he could fight to make some money.

It's not only Simon, AA hit Wilcz and Stieglitz with the kitchen sink, didn's stop them. The Pole looks like a durable guy, but we know Stieglitz is not.

Still AA has very good power (at 160 at least), just no means of delivering against top comp. What's his most impressive stoppage of a good opponent?

So the real problem is he's got little craft, he's probably the most mechanical of Wegner disciples. And while he has a good chin, he's notably soft to the body, which would come into play for sure.

He just came off a pretty close fight vs Geale. IMO it was close enough I was fully expecting a hometown decision to SS, similar to Sturm Geale.

He knew it after getting routed like that by a prospect.

I didn't see any domination in Geale SS. Geale outworked him, but SS landed the cleaner punches, at a much better %.

An SD in Germany doesn't mean much, agreed. It certainly doesn't mean the foreigner should have won wide, see Sturm Murray/Soliman, Huck Afolabi 1 and 2 (both perfect judging imo).
