Peter Quillin's HEALTH is more important than 1.4M....

It's clear Quillin isn't his own man.

 

Nearly every Haymon fighter is fighting a bum or ducking the best.

This shouldn't come as a surprise for the biggest parasite in boxing.

 

I fear for his health when he has to explain this to his better half.

 

I don't care about the money in a way.

If he fights a legit top 10 MW or moves up and faces a top 20 SMW, then it is not that monumental of a deal. Korobov is no Cotto or Golovkin, after all.

If he ends up being inactive for a while and if his next opponent is worse than Korobov, then this is bad news for Quillin.

 

Haymon's fighters are on a bad streak. Garcia getting schooled by Herrera. Russel got schooled by Lomachenko. Porter getting outboxed by Brook.

A lot of his fighters are losing to fighters not under his control. Korobov would have been another fighter outside of Haymon's control.

Haymon also know a lot of his fighters are not that good. They're protected and they've been avoiding good fighters more and more by the day. He knows his entire stable is starting to lose marketability because of the defeats.
