... that doesn't allow any foul punches by Peter and ridiculous holding by Klitchko. PLEASE!!!!

Peter looks to be in the best shape of his life and all reports are that he has increased his speed and his technique is vastly improved. Klitchko hasn't been hit for literally 3+ years. It'll be real interesting what happens if/when Peter catches him flush with a power shot. I am going to go out on a limb and say that Klitchko has a panic attack and gets knocked into ***** Street.

    Picking the upset here...

    Peter by TKO/KO

(This is only MY prediction. No need for the flaming, bashing, hammering etc. )

Robert Byrd is going to be the ref. Is that now good or bad?

It does feel like a storm might be brewing... who knows! One thing's for certain, if Waldo does get beaten Haye will be royally pissed off at missing out on the opportunity and sealing his career as a second stringer in a 'what could have been' moment.

    :lol::lol::lol:

Haye won't feel one way or another, he will never fight one of the Klitschkos.

I really feel the biggest storyline of this fight is the fact that Wlad has not been hit, or actually even touched, by anyone for 3 years. He has a bad habit of freaking out when he is socked in the mouth real good and drops his hands and looks like a deer in the headlights of an oncoming 18 wheeler. :yep

I think if the referee makes him fight and doesn't let him drape himself on Peter all night, he may just be looking up from his back at the lights.

We'll see if Peter really wants this or not.

You are missing the point. If Peters beats a Klit Haye will look and yes feel like a chump. It's no good in the aftermath saying he could have done it when he should have been the one taking the chance after the opportunities he was given. He lacks heart.

Talk of awkward negotiations aside Haye is running scared and you can bet he feels every bit the chicken. I used to be a fan but I got tired of his bull**** and hope Audley pounds him through the ring canvas come November.

Not sure I want a Peters win tonight but the division could do with some excitement at the very least so let's hope a live Peters turns up to actually fight this time.

Wouldn't be at all shocked to at least see Wlad rocked a couple of times, possibly put down

If Wlad does get beaten, Haye will count himself lucky and continue to do what he's been doing....fighting pu:roll:shovers.

I'd be very surprised if Peter wins. Of course it could happen. But the more talented and versatile fighter wins about 90 percent of the time in rematch situations. The explanation for this is obvious: a more versatile fighter can make adjustments, a limited one cannot. The best that Peter can hope for is that he fights as well as he did in the fight fight, that he lost. Wlad can and mostly likely will make adjustments and fight a better fight because he's the better fighter.

Peter stands even less of a chance of *pulling the upset* against Wlad than Harrison does against Haye.

Harrison may well clock and KO Haye, whereas Wlad is too big and too good at using his skill and size for Peter to get very many shots through.

And its very likely that the big Harrison will land on Haye, probably repeatedly.

Good points. I have been saying this for years now. The last time Wlad was tested and caught with a big punch, was against Peter 5 years ago. Since then he's walked through his oppenents behind the jab and deadly straight right.

For all Peter's faults, the guy does pack a punch that can lay an oppenent out at any given second. We all watched how timid and scared Wlad looked in there against Peter the first time, can history repeat itself? Time will only tell. I just hope Samuel goes in looking to rough Wlad up. Unlike Vitali, Wlad's a great boxer, not a great fighter.

i gotta say little chance of klit losing. Good jab, takes little risk, lands w/ power at the precise timimg

Good points, as well, but I think you overstate Peter's power, still.

He did land on Wlad, flush, at least five times in the first fight, and Wlad weathered it. And he only went down but one legit time, even.

    Peter's power is vastly overrated.

Wlads power, however, is not overrated. He can take someone out with either hand, as he has proven, repeatedly, against top contenders.

Peter does have power, but he's slow. And in order for a slow fighter to land flush you've got to be an idiot, or Jermey Williams. You've got to do something incredibly stupid like backing out of a clinch with your hands down. Wlad doesn't strike me as particularly stupid. The only way he loses is if Peter is able to rough him up a bit...

I hear what your saying. Though Emanuel admitted Peter is more heavier handed than Wlad. Which I do agree with him. Peter rarely ever lands clean on his oppenents, because his hooks are more looping and easier to see coming. Wlad on the other hand, usually finishes the job with the straight right. Straight punches will always land faster.

I feel both men are equally as powerful, it's just Wlad picks his punches better and is most times alot more accurate with them.
