I wonder if Vitali can fight some action packed rounds and prove himself the superior fighter throughout the 12 round contest. I doubt it because there's no question Peter can and there's no doubt that Peter takes the fight to Vitali. So what happens? Klitschko tries to soft him up with an above-average use of the left lead and his reach/height advantage, backpedalling, leaning his head back and tyin him up inside, something like he did against Sanders at the Staples... Never will he go for a big punch or an onslaught early like against Hide or Kirk Johnson. I concede that Vitali may be able to have an edge around midstage with his physical advantages and polished skills but there's no way this guy finishes a fight with Samuel Peter. Peter will make Vitali jump each time he crushes a right hand on his body and arms.

Seriously, I think Vitali is hungrier for this fight than Peter. Peter is taking this fight because he had to, or lose his belt, and also not a bad payday. I think after the McCline fight, Peter's clan knows that Peter's days are numbered, and want him fighting as many big payday Klitschkos before its all over.

LOL, Peter really doesn't have a chance in this fight. It's one thing when you're staring Wlad down and you KNOW you can put him down with your back of the head punches, or with anything flush, but it has to suck for Peter knowing he's never really knocked down anyone with a decent chin whatsoever.

    Vitali KO4 over Peter.

You mean like Peter did when he lost to Wlad, or when Peter lost to short fat Toney and was given a free "W"?

All Peter knows how to do is swing wide looping punches, and those will never ever land against Klitschko who is a master at backing up and coming in from all angles.

Does being down for 10 really mean anything? Peter has been down 3 times in one fight by, really, an average fighter in McCline. Vitali has never even been hurt in a fight, much less down.

Vitali would take McCline out in 3 rounds or less, without any problems.

LOL you think Sam Peter outboxes Vitali...hahaha.

The Vitali that wrecked Kirk Johnson and Danny Williams wouldn't have too much trouble with Peter but who knows what he will look like come October.

The good news is if Vitali loses Wlad will be looking for Peter. That's a fight I and many others have been waiting for for a while now.

He's nothing...???...the only HW who has beat him is the world champ.

He beat Ruiz for the World title already, calling him nothing at HW is false.

No, the only fighter that beat him is a paper belt holder. They are all beltholders. The WBC belt belongs to Klitschko who retired with it. If and a BIG if Peter beats Vitali then you can say what you just did but NOT until then.

What you just described is the American Dream...coming as an immigrant, working, saving...establishing your own business...diversifying...

    ...it's far from criminal.

    ABSOULUTELY NOT...

VITKLIT was a default champion. He won a vacant title and defended it one time...that's all he ever did to achieve his "emeritus" status.

He cancelled more championship fights than he has competed in.

In contrast Peter fought 2 eliminators...went on to win an interim belt...and then defeated the reigning champion. That's a true champ.

So I guess you have nothing to offer...I made a far superior case that VITKLIT was a fake installed champion who couldn't even hold onto the gift...and you blindly continue to degrade Peter, but your statement is based on nothing.

VITKLIT was a paper champion in "every sense of the word"...to use your verbage, which only applies to my statements.

...and he still is. That's what champion emeritus means in Ukranian...paper champion.
