Peter v Vitali: "Who Do You Like?" Video, Press Conference, Staredown

That fight was shown again on Showtime yesterday. I am still surprised McCline didn't get him out of there. Talk about being there for the taking, McCline had Peter breaking out some fancy dance moves. I gained some respect for peters that fight.

 

Peter chin looked questionable vs McCline's uppercut too. It was McCline's punch is what put Peter down for the first time.

I think a prime Vitali would put a beating on Peter, but we have yet to see how the current version of Vitali holds up. I´m hoping he can come back in good shape and shake off the ring rust, but I´m not sure that´ll be the case.

 

THAT was what surprised me so much in that fight. The uppercuts that McCline landed had Peter hurt. Problem is McCline threw about 5 of them the whole fight.

 

Maybe I have Alzheimer's but didn't Wlad fight Peter already?

 

Right, except when he lost his left arm against Byrd and had his face hanging off against Lewis.

 

I hope he's at least been getting some sparring in. It's hard to just go right into a fight without a tune-up. Man, it's been years. I hope things don't backfire on him.

Vitali is 8/11 Peter 11/10 ... weird

 

Klitschko won the staredown but I don't think, nor do I hope he wins the fight. He is still a mean dude but I think the lay off and injuries will take their toll. If Peter trains like a demon and is on good form, he beats Klitschko.

 

I think thats a problem for Peter. You never know which Peter is coming out. :huh Should be a very intersesting fight
