Admittedly, Toney wasn't the most accomplished HW and as a "signature win"...there are better out there. He's still a better HW scalp (and better and more proven talent overall, ignoring weight class) than any of Arreola's...IMO.

Chazz Witherspoon was/is a bust.
Brian Minto wasn't one tenth as good as Toney at holding his own with much bigger men (although he gave game efforts).
Jameel McCline was done.
Travis Walker is Travis Walker.

Peter's best win at heavyweight (x2, although one was controversial) - even though it isn't anything amazing - trumps any one of those, and in fact perhaps all of them combined.
