We already know Peterson can't box Khan in the middle of the ring, and will have the same pressure style, Khan and Roach will have to come up with adjustments.

Khan will bring his A game this time, they will be ready for Peterson's pressure because that's all he he got on Khan, next to no one can outbox Khan from range, and just need to work his jab, stay off the ropes, and hold better on the inside and let the Ref reset and break them up, use angles, use uppercuts when Peterson walks in.

I see Khan winning a clear UD this time.

    Go Getta, that's ridiculous.

I think it's proven to be the other way round. Countless times, Peterson have proven the ability to adapt accordingly. Khan, however, has not. He just does more of the same, with maybe upping the tempo when needed. And that's what he'll do this time round. Keeping off the ropes and doing more effective (for lack of a better term) running.

Edit: And even if Peterson does fight the same way, there'll be nothing wrong with that. Why fix what's not broken? Being a come-forward pressure fighter is all that's needed to take Khan into deep waters. I expect Peterson, at the very least, to do what he did before, but put the gas on more to get a convincing points win/stoppage.

Sure Peterson has shown adjustments before in fights and did so you vs Khan again, but the point is he made an adjustment because plan A trying to outbox, out point Khan in the middle don't work, and that's the same case in this rematch, pressure is all Peterson can do to have success vs Khan, and Khan's camp know this.

Peterson adapted in the first fight after a few rounds but khan just cant adapt all he can do is in out flurrys wich most of the time arent really effective they just look good to the judges and overwhelm the opponent for a few seconds so he gets a shitty stoppage! Khan just cant adqpt to pressure and unless the judge and ref are in GBPs pocket(more than likely) khan will lose again! This time by late stoppage as peterson will know all this now and will be working hard to pressure him all the way.

Change that to: "Pressure is all Peterson needs to do to have success"

I guess that's what I'm tryna' say. And since Khan can't adjust, he'll fall victim to that pressure again. Pressure that will be even more intense now that Peterson has him figured out.

True even on a bad day Khan beat Peterson, what is a fully focused Khan going to do to Peterson this time?? Peterson won't have his uncle Ref in there too

Yeah, let's see. Don't be too disappointed when he doesn't, though. He's just gonna' do more of the same. In camp, Roach will have him improving on his outside game. At most, his adjustments will involve doing a better job of keeping the fight at distance. Which, if I'm honest with you, I'd be impressed if he even managed to successfully do that.

But I hope I'm wrong. I hope he does adapt.

    Dunno...

rematches rarely go well for the loser as evident with Salido vs Lopez.I just don't know what Khan can do to change it around.Pacquiao had problems with Marquez and 3 times they fought it was the same scenario.I would be impress if Khan can come up with a game winning formula to beat Peterson.Running and hitting is not going to gain respect in the boxing world. He is going to have to fight-scrap with this kid on the inside instead of tying up.

He has admitted he and roach have never worked on an inside game? What does that tell you?? Hes a plan a guy that has nothing to fall back on! And he is not gonna learn to fight inside or even nullify the attack in a few months!!

I hope Khan can improve, but one training camp is a lot to ask. Peterson will enter with a refined gameplan, I just hope he doesn't believe he can walk through anything Khan has to offer like he did last time...this is how he will be caught by something he doesn't see.

You are still overrating Khan's outside game, Go Getta. If his outside game was as good as you think, no-one would be getting close and dragging him in to the trenches.

    I hope he does

Because that's probably Khan's best chance. Hit Peterson with a couple power shots that could floor (no Michigan Warrior) or stun him, and maybe take the venom out of his pressure.
