    hope they strip him of both titles and they remain vacant, no right in returning them to Khan or putting them on the line for the Garcia-Khan fight. GBP doesn't rule the iBF and WBA Commmissions.

    Explain exactly as to why they belts shouldnt be returned to Khan? Or why exactly they shouldn't be the prize of Garica vs Khan?

    Their case had too many flaws. They probably realized that they'd be doing a dis-service by putting their case forward. They could have potentially embarrassed themselves with this 'doctor'. Better to let things flow with what's already out for them than fuel it.
