This guy is a pretty accurate alt so far... He can just copy and paste about five different responses and he'll have Teddy's repertoire covered.

Funny how Khan still beat up Peterson more...

And he is regarded as the fighter with less power

    KHan ftw.

Boxer due for May 19 Vegas fight fails drug test

LAS VEGAS (AP) A Nevada regulator says boxer Lamont Peterson failed a drug test, and a May 19 rematch in Las Vegas against former title holder Amir Khan is in doubt.

Nevada Athletic Commission executive Keith Kizer tells The Associated Press that he learned Monday that the WBA (super) and IBF light welterweight champion tested unacceptably high for synthetic testosterone in a urine test administered in March by the Las Vegas-based Voluntary Anti-Doping Association.

Kizer says separate tests on a second sample from the 28-year-old Peterson were found positive on May 2.

Kizer says Peterson's lawyer is promising an explanation.

But as of Tuesday, Peterson has no license to fight Khan as scheduled next week at the Mandalay Bay resort.

Kizer says Peterson won't get a license unless the matter can be resolved.

It's not really crazy. There's a substance called DMSO that allows for transdermal migration of water soluble drugs. These pellets probably have a similar means of transport. There are transdermal patches for various drugs (nicotine, fentanyl) that facilitate this also.

There have been heroin addicts whose superficial veins have all collapsed and they've had to resort to rubbing DMSO on their arm (or other skin) and then rubbing the heroin in. Works almost as well as a subcutaneous injection, but obviously increases risk of infection.

Yh and also he said something about bulking up for the Bradley fight and having to gain muscle mass. He said it was a mistake and that from then on he kept his 'weight' in check.

I used to feel sorry for Lamont... not anymore... Khan's crime was that he whined and was clearly hurt by the SD decision hatman and uncle ref incorprated but Peterson to actually have 'two testosterone rocks' under his armpits. Wth .

Agreed. Let the process work. Khan supporters haven't accepted the first loss and have been looking for an excuse ever since. Now that they think they have one they are grabbing any random, unsourced information possible.
