he's the champ, and why in the hell would he come to the UK? Matthysse is a much more dangerous fight anyway.

Surely he's referring to when they were in negotiations back in 2011? When they fought McCloskey instead? PEDerson had the opportunity to come to the UK to fight him, but chose to hold out and fight Cayo to become mandatory for the IBF.

    Wise man.

If he goes down again like he did last time, it'll make Calzaghe vs. Manfredo look like Duran vs. Moore...

    :yep

No, pretty sure this is recent. Think Khan was trying to get him in the UK after Peterson beat Holt.

Many things are wrong with boxing, one being how someone can be called champ after failing a drug test in a title fight? It's madness. The WBA rightfully maintained Khan as the champ, what the hell are the IBF up to? The first fight was rather controversial, and with all circumstances considered (basically being allowed to take drugs) he should count himself very lucky that he has anything to show for that fight.

Oh ok. I'm not sure I believe Vali then. Khan's in a re-building phase and they desperate for a fight with Garcia at th end of 2013, so the last thing they would do is jeopardize all of that by fighting PEDerson. He's talking ****, me thinks.

I see. I just thought he, Vali, may have been referring to the 2011 negotiations. I find it hard to believe they would want PEDerson right now.

I will say it time and time again. A mother****er who 'forgets' that there is plaster of Paris in his gloves, or the 'pellets' he put under his armpits don't deserve no respect, or a rematch for shitt. A year suspension couldn't make up for it.

I wanna see these guys over there next few fights. Peterson looked good against an over the hill Holt. I want to see him come to Mathysse with his PEDs. Gonna die.

Doesn't matter. Won't be long before Khan is ktfo again.

He becomes less relevant each time.

Agreed. I do respect the hell out of Khan's run of opponents up to Peterson, but he's faced competition will below that standard since. One decent challenge and let him loose again.

I'd like to see a re-match. The quality, controversy and close nature of the first fight make it an obvious choice at some point.

Peterson doesn't "deserve" to be calling the shots though, given that he was on ****ing PED's for their first fight.

Actually, Khan should have another fight first, then have the re-match after Peterson loses to Matthyssé.
