Peterson has never convincingly beat a fighter who was over the B level. At least Khan and Lucas were B guys and Zab is better than Peterson's most convincing win. He was blown out by Bradley and Matthysse. Khan and Ortiz beat him in most opinions. Garcia is being shoved down our throats.

Peterson beat Amir Khan and had him sprinting across the ring.

Its a good fight because Garcia cant fight on the inside.
If Peterson can get in close and do some body work it could get interesting.
He just has to make sure he doesnt get caught by a left hook on the way in.

I think it's a good fight, certainly better than the farce tonight.

Garcia just said he won't fight Peterson at 140 , only at catchweight so basically they might as well vacate their belts, they are paper belts anyway  neither should have them

Not Garcia's best fight but a top fight at 140 nonetheless.

It's a solid fight, but it take place at 140... If Garcia makes him move up to 147, that's where I draw the line...

You just had one of the easiest possible fights anyone at your level will ever have, I think if you wanna move up to 147, you should fight one of the top fighters at that weight, not bring up a 140lber... It doesn't have to be the absolute ELITE guys, but at least rematch Khan, or fight Devon Alexander

i think danny should fight peterson or move to 147 and fight robert. it would be close fight with good action, slight boxing edge to peterson and power goes to danny. solid boxer vs boxer puncher is always a goody in my book.
