Exactly. It's funny how selection bias which chooses some of the best boxers on the planet also selects a disproportionate amount of guys with low testosterone which would completely hinder them! :patsch

Testerone is not a Peformance enhancing drug. It is "THE" performance enhancing drug. The amount your body produces directly corresponds to how you perform physically as well as your level of aggression and risk assessment.

If he wants to treat his condition he should wait until his career is over or quit boxing.

I do not even condone using it in between bouts. Unless you have a once a year schedule like Floyd.

it would be very rare for a normal fit young adult male to have low testostorone levels

i don't think lamont ever used ped/steroids, just look at him.

his head appears normal in size.

he doesn't have a devastating knock out power.

he hasn't really gone up in weight or went through different divisions.

...i think the urine test were wrong, they should have done a blood test. i hope lamont with the help of floyd sr. fight this charge.

Not really. What would be rare, is for a fit young athlete to have symptoms that warrant TRT.

It's not enough to have low levels, you have to show symptoms, and you should never be brought upon normal levels.

^ That's a very good point. Was this done only once, just before the fight?
