usually its low because people abuse it. when they are constnatly using it your body stops making natural testosterone.

they do this in mma all the time to get the prescription and the excpetion.

 

When you inject testosterone in you, your body stops making it naturally. So he could have had low testosterone because of that and then went to the doctor. Athletes do it all the time.
