    Floyd wants to kill 2 birds with 1 stone?

    Petition the NSAC to random blood test so you can fight pacquaio AND clean up the sport.

    Easy ****ing option for boxing's Mr. Clean.

    You know that pac's not going to take test even if the NSAC says so, he'd retire before that, if he does fight floyd it won't go past 8 rounds and pac will be looking up at floyd begging for him to stop.

    if NSAC agrees, Pac will refuse to fight in Vegas and insist on Dallas
