Forget Pac even if he wont take the test Floyd should do it for Boxing and its future young stars.

can u read....pac would just refuse and say he wants to fight in dallas

frankly, if floyd beats mosley convincingly, and his PPV #s beat pac/clottey, then the fight will never happen, so all this drug test talk is moot

That sounds like you don't want boxing cleaned up.

I said 2 birds with one stone.
What about the clean sport bird?

    Not worth a petition?

The comission shot down the mandatory blood testing issue in January.

    He didn't petition them.
They were asked about it and commented.

you get closer to going completely off the deep end daily

as far as cleaning up the sport, not all fights happen in vegas, and pbf/mosley are using random testing

as of now, with pro boxing having no centralized agency, getting an actual effective drug policy will be next to impossible

i do agree, that starting in vegas would help, but simply petitioning the NSAC doesn't mean they will agree, and why should they?

no way vegas would make it more difficult to fight there. they want the $. and that goes back to no having a centralized boxing agency. no one market will want to take the plunge on stricter rules, if it means limiting their profits. the NSAC couldn't care less about cleaning up the sport.

Considering that Pac's camp made NSAC control over random blood testing a pre-requisite for the megafight to happen, it would appear that the onus was on them to petition the NSAC, if they:

    a) truly wanted the fight
    b) truly wanted blood testing

But I realize that concept is a little too difficult for you to understand.

floyd said he is changing the sports. petition now if he really wants to fight pcquiao or maybe he doesn't. we'll after last night, i woun't blame floyd for not wanting any piece of pacquiao. but he should at least do what he said he was supposed to be doing on the sides. he is out to clean the sports, then petition them.
