Nevada probably don't give a **** in all honesty as if they made it mandatory it would cost them more money than the urine tests do and they want as much cash as possible.

Goodluck with that!!:hey The commission has probably studied this before and found it not necessary. Its like a mad campaign on preventing an unlicensed driver from using his vehicle by flagging all motorist and checking if they have their license with them!:patsch its just not practical.

But yeah, all efforts will be greatly appreciated. I guess Floyd should volunteer on taking care of the bills temporarily, he's got lots of money to spare anyway, and hopefully, the commissions will realize what a great idea this is.:good

I notice Pac haters are the ones disagreeing to the thread starter's suggestion / idea.

Well your agenda is now exposed. You want Pac to simply agree on Floyd's demands, to have Floyd win the mental mind game before the fight "or" Commission implementing it will make the fight happen. But some of you don't want that right?

Let's get real here. It's perfectly feasible to petition the commission. All you need to do is do is book a presentation to them, with the support of some athlete friends (GBP) and influential voices in the community. Then work from there. You'll get your new testing protocols (with blood testing in it) released by them in no time after the whole process of deliberation depending on the points of the presentation. Not that easy, but also not that hard.

Whoever genuinely believes that Floyd is honest in saying he's now the new ambassador that champions the advocacy to cleanup the dirty sport. By "saying that in interviews" and not actually doing the logistics to expedite that process - is a fool that needs to get his mouth off his nuts presto.

Anyway, Pac is quite firm that he won't concede by his initial stand to get out of commission standards. Floyd is adamant to have random testing (with blood). You see where will this go? No fight, who looses? We the fans. period.

It's pretty obvious that the fallout isn't solely about testing perse. It's about PRIDE. Period. Anyone who genuinely thinks otherwise needs to follow this sport longer, for him to know the politics and economics of the sport. To me, Pac doesn't want to agree for he predicts that if he does, what if the following morning Floyd will run to the media and say "i want to clean up the sport why i made him do that", it will look bad on him. Guess what, Floyd actually did that announcement regardless (cleanup sport image). Pac being a P4P#1 has a pride too, despite that smiling face. Based on Pac's demeanor lately when talking about Floyd fallout, to me it looks like Pac himself is hoping the commission to change their protocol for him to agree and get the multi-million fight. He may not have said this directly (instead say his excuses), but naturally people his personality is too conservative in saying things, to avoid backlash.

Be open minded and objective for one second, hear me out. The most feasible way to have this fight to happen is for the commission to include random blood testing in their protocol. Anyone preferring another option is simply rooting for his idol to win the mental game.

    wow, just wow

what does the NSAC have to gain by isolating themselves from the rest of the boxing world, and make themselves the most difficult place to have a fight?

as stated before, i think better testing would be great, but it isn't going to happen by petitioning one of the many commissions involved in professional boxing.

p.s. the only reason pac is saying "ummm, i wo abides by NSAC rool" is because that is what Arum told him to say. the reason Arum told him to say that is because he knows damn well the NSAC is not passing any kind of regulation that would significantly hinder getting high profile matches in Nevada.

I totally agree with this. This is the only way to go for PBF.

Why do you keep on shooting the idea right here and there?
It is a good idea. It might not have a good chance but it's a ****ing start.
You ****in remind me of an idiotic citizen who kept on complaining to his neighbors how the pothole in front of his house never gets fixed. When ask if he ever tried bringing it up in the council he said no never, because he doesn't think anything will come out of it.

Just ****in try moron. There's always a first time.

I said this before but the *****s seems to be ignoring it.

So tell us, if petition isnt the way to go, which way is it then?

Pac would only go by the commision. Now this isnt the right way to do it? I cant believe the *****s would even duck for floyd

Yet another round of the "Conjecture Game", huh? Okay, counterpoint time using your template:

"p.s. the only reason FJM Sr. is saying "Hehhhh, he own sumpin'. H-h-he know whut it iz. Daz awl ahm gone seh. Sumpin' haint rite" is because that's what cowardice, crackrocks, & lack of basic education told him to say. the reason that unfounded, wishful thinking bull**** told him to say that is because he knows damn well that Lil' Floyd is not fighting any kind of boxer that would significantly pose a realistic threat to the 0 loss column."

Furthermore, Pacquiao was psychologically affected by the blood test pre-Morales I (after the fight, blaming the loss & lack of stamina on the blood draw). As the Mayweathers are cautious risk-managers, they carefully study all possible big-money opposition prospects, and already knew this BEFORE the PBF/Marquez fight, yet they chose NOT to clean up boxing starting with Marquez.

Arum says for this fight to get made, they'll have to fight in Dallas. Texas currently doesn't drug test. So Mayweather would have to petition a commission that believes drug testing is unneccesary to impliment extensive drug testing.

The NSAC does random blood testing for MMA... and I've read of several cards where not 1 test was administered to a single fighter that was fighting its a joke.

And? Well, he can petition them all he wants, it's just going to fall on def ears. What are the chances of the TSAC going from no drug testing to olympic style testing? Petitions, and voting are just a way to prevent civil unrest. Free agency didn't come about in baseball because someone created a petition. It came about after one player refused to comply with the status quo. I have no idea how sincere Mayweather is about cleaning up the sport. However, if he is sincere, filing petitions is a waste of time.
