    If Floyd were serious about this, he would have filed a formal complaint from the get-go. It's a smokescreen and the topic is not worth anyones' time. He simply doesn't want to fight Pac and he knows this. This has become a dead issue. I am tired of hearing threatened Floyd fans trying to villainize Pacquiao for everything he does. Dude, just root for your boy on May 1st and forget about Pacquiao. The fight will never happen!
