PFL 2018 #8: Playoffs-Francimar Barroso vs. Josh Copeland & Steven Siler vs. Nazareno Malegarie RBR

Rosholt and Palmer are my picks to win these tournaments. Althoguh Rosholt still has to get through Lins in order to advance to the finals.

Lol. Classic Rosholt. Fades and gets stopped. a bit early but he was likely done.

 

Let me modify this as it appears I jynxed Rosholt. Lins and Palmer are my picks to win it all.

 

Steven Siler vs. Alexandre de Almeida II - 3 rounds at Featherweight

 

10-9 Siler

 

Siler hit with an illegal upkick. Then did his best impression of a pro football player. Looks to be milking it, but definitely illegal.

 

Bas Ruten and co. think that it's not an acting job from Siler and that he was legitimately rocked by that kick. I'm not so sure. He looks to be milking it for an easy win.

 

Siler shaking his head while having his hand raised. But I stand by my statements, he milked that for an easy and sure victory.

 

Alex Nicholson vs. Josh Copeland - 3 rounds at Heavyweight

 

Favor Copeland to weather an early storm and come back to stop Nicholson or take a close decision. Although definitely not confident in the pick. Nicholson can bang but he can't take what he himself dishes out, Copeland if he's good at one thing it's absorbing punishment.

 

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Nicholson has Copeland busted up and hurt. Copeland is on the retreat and then out of nowhere lands a big right hand that lays Nicholson out COLD. Flat on his back.

 

That was one of the most hilarious KO's I've ever seen in years of following the fight game.

 

How can you not like a guy like Copeland? as blue collar as it gets. Very humble too. Limited skill wise but tough as nails. One of the best chins in the game no doubt.
