Inoue deserves a shout, imo. A beast from light-fly to bantam. He's still young… so who knows, how high he can go in the coming years, and still bring that amazing power?
The story does seem questionable based on contemprary reports IIRC. Griffo did deserve to beat McAuliffe and IIRC got the better of Lavigne in their first, but not their second encounter. I might be off in my memory though
I think Fitz deserves more of a mention, he fought well within the 154 limit to win the middleweight title, and was a near unstoppable force up to 200Ibs.
McGovern was a beast at Bantam and against smaller Feathers, but seems to have had more trouble fighting around 126Ibs.
Pacquiao stopped a quality fighter like Sasakul at Flyweight, stopped Cotto at Welterweight. He covered 5/8 original divisions. Might be worth mentioning. But he's nothing next to George Dixon.
