"Phoney Boy" Mayweather ducked Margarito and now Mosley...

    LOl ..no it wouldnt...Mosley is fast but he not as fast as Zab...Floyd UD over Mosley 116-112 across the board man..I think Floyd can put togeather 1-2 combos and be out of their so he wont be exchanging with Shane than he has a very good chance at beating Shane...

    Couple problems...

    1 SHANE NEEDA WAIT TILL PAC IS OUT THE WAY -FLOYD TRIED TO FIGHT SHANE IN 2006 AND IM SURE HE WOULD BE GLAD TO TRY AND FIGHT HIM AGAIN...BUT A BIGGER FIGHT BEFORE A MOSLEY FIGHT WOULD BE MAYWEATHER-PAC...SHANE GOTTA GET IN SPOT #2

    2 SHANE GOTTA TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS WITH BERTO--I DONT WANNA SEE A FU3KIN FIGHT WITH SHANE-FLOYD IF HE GET ****ED UP BY BERTO...NOBODY SEEMS TO REALIZE THAT SHANE HAS A HUGE TEST IN FRONT OF HIM IN JAN AND IF SHANE LOSES THAN HE LOSES HIS POPULARITY..

    3 PAC GOTTA TAKE CARE OF COTTO (WHICH I FAVOR COTTO IN THAT FIGHT SO ALL THIS MAY MEAN **** AFTER NOV 14TH)
    AFTER THOSE 3 ITEMS I SEE NO REASON WHY MOSLEY-MAYWEATHER COULDNT HAPPEN NEXT YEAR...BUT FLOYD HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE PAC FIGHT FIRST

    I say that in part because Hatton put up a good fight against Mayweather, and in part because Clotty was slapping the **** out of Margarito untill he injured both of his hands. Margarito had problems with Clottys speed, and Mayweather is faster. Margarito does have a great workrate, but I also think that would play into Mayweathers strengths because he is a good counter puncher. Just my opinion.

    What? Hatton put up a good fight because he actually got to fight Mayweather. We will never know if Margarito would have put up a good fight because he never got the opportunity.

    If your basing your opinion on Hatton giving Mayweather a good fight after the actual event then it doesn't carry much weight because you already knew the outcome. If your basing your opinion BEFORE the actual outcome then that is totally different. I personally wasn't high on Hatton's chances simply because of the trouble he had prior to the Mayweather fight, and because he didn't look good in his prior venture at 147.

    I can respect the majority of your response, but please stop with the bull**** hands excuse. Clottey did well, but he simply couldn't deal with Margarito's workrate. He may have hurt his hand, but Margarito wasn't exactly 100% healthy either. He was coming off of the lengthiest layoff of his career at the time, had hurt his ankle in training camp, and also hurt his knuckles during the fight.

    At 147 Mayweather may be just a hair faster than Clottey, but nothing that would have made a huge difference in speed. Anyhow, it's not as if Margarito is the type of fighter who looks to score with one big punch. He throws and throws, which may in fact have given Mayweather huge opportunities to counter, but he would have to be moving constantly in order to avoid Margarito. Again, I believe Margarito would have made life miserable for Mayweather inside of the ring. At least moreso than either Hatton or JMM.

    Either way, back to the subject at hand. Mayweather needs to fight at least two of the top WW's. And no, not PacMan either. It would be good if he were to fight at least two of the following, in no particular order: Cotto, Clottey, Williams, and Mosley. And Margarito if he comes back. :deal
