He's a pro athlete so, probably uses some sort of performance enhancing drugs...but that picture is not so crazy.

The eye test for roids is you can only be 2 out 3 big, lean, or natural. Pac is not exactly big,and he's flexing in a professionally lit studio.
His traps and shoulders are not disproportionate like a typical juicer. He's 42, but he's been fit his whole life, and again he's lean but he's not big.

The only reason I'd think he's on anything is because he is a world class athlete. Every top athlete is on stuff. Heck, most high level local athletes are using.

 

He's got bacne like most fighters and most males who sweat a lot and eat greasy fried foods. 90% of boxers. These aren't huge concentrated clusters like Marquez. Plus we know 100% Pac was clean for the Mayweather fight after all the drug testing hoopla.
