Shane just proved that he is stronger then Cotto , Paul williams and clotty proved not only are they stronger then cotto but more durable ... so how in the hell is cotto the number 2 strong guy at welter when he can not even make to 12 rounds against margarito ??? william and clotty not only proved they can go 12 with margarito but also do toe to toe and win the fight .

 

please Iv already proven with my poll that , that if you leave your question un-bias you will get an un bias answer .. you knew buy throwing floyd's name against any fighter in a strength comparison more then likely they would chose any fighter but Floyd .. hell they would even say malignaggi is stronger then floyd.

and you are stupid your sitting hear stating that Cotto is the number 2 strong guy at 147 when he is not , 3 fighter have already proven in the ring that they are ahead of him in that department.

 

The obvious answer is Margarito, in terms of ring related practical strength (ability to manhandle his opponent etc.).

But its a vague question to be honest. There would be plenty of cases where a guy who is a lesser puncher, and less physically imposing in the ring (hopeless in clinches etc) is actually physically stronger in terms of weight lifting ability than another fighter.

You really need to set a criteria.

Who could powerlift more? How the **** would i know, it could be either one of them.

Who punches harder? Margarito, though obviously they are polar opposites in terms of punching approach and technique.

Who is more physically imposing in the ring? Margarito.

like i said in the other thread.... the simple answer based on their fights would be margarito but its more because of their fighting style that gives off that impression

if floyd & margarito today got on psi machines (pressure per square inch) and tested their punch power...for all we know floyd might win

not floyd cotto or margarito are one punch ko artists

margarito & cotto and floyd also really t/ko opponents on accumulation so theres really no reason to believe any of them are stronger than the other
