Physics Rules about chin/jaw resistance

    what do you think about that rule/saying that it only takes some many pounds of pressure to knock someone out

    Do you reckon it applies to everyone? I think there are exceptions like hagler, la motta to name some

    I think McCall's and Tua's defense is underrated , hence the overrating of their chins . Not to say I think they had weak chins .

    The thing is people move with the punch so if the force doesn't apply fast or better , surprisingly enough , then it wastes and helps in dislocating the puncher's shoulder like the case in Ali/Liston #1 , Byrd/Vitali .

    There are people who rely on avoiding the punches completely like Roid Jones did , and some who know how to take/block them like Toney , McCall , Tua .
