    Yea and asian food burns up in an hour. Its definitely not steak and tatos, which shuts down your digestive tract for hours on end.

    No **** hes a flyweight champ. It will never cease to amaze me a lineal 112 champ was a very good Welterweight. Pac was never a great WW, but the fact that he could even compete against top level guys at 147 is amazing. One of the top 2 or 3 most amazing things in boxing history.
