    Ward if he wins super6
    Wlad if he beats Haye
Cotto if he beats a solid 154lber
Rafael Marquez especially if he gets past Juanma
Martinez if he can beat Williams convincingly. First fight was too close to call could of gone either way. Trilogy with Williams? This fight would sell big in Spain considering the success Spain has been having in sports.

I was gonna mention Abner Mares he certainly has the competition around him to be great if he wins. However even though he is talented he also might pick up a loss with all the talent there.

I think the differences between fans who look at records and titles and those who look at performances are pretty clear. The ones who look at performances, tend to be those who, I think, have a better understanding of the sport because of the issue with titles in boxing. Those who argue titles aren't important do so because the likes of Wills never got a title yet Willard did. Later on you van talk about the Black Murderers Row or complete injustices like LaMotta having to take a dive to get a shot. That's the way boxing was and those who understand that history, tend not to value titles as much as performances - In my view, rightly so.

The fact is, bad fighters win titles. Look at Zaveck. Yes a title holder and Mayweather isn't, so which win is more important for Pacquiao? In years to come, people would be saying "Zaveck was a decent fighter but a world champion" or "Mayweather wasn't a champion but he was a great champion" and which does more for Pacquiao?

Now, if you want to talk about The Ring title, then I'll agree that the best or most proven fighters carry it. As for the WBA, WBC etc., they are just awarded without rhyme or reason and often mean very little.

Generally though, because of how diluted the titles are, you're better off ignoring them and just judging fighters by their skills and the skills of the fighters they beat.

Who did Barrera have to beat to win his title at Featherweight? Erik Morales. Who did Marquez have to beat? Manuel Medina.

Exactly. So whilst winning a title is an achievement, you have to put it into perspective. I don't look at Barrera's titles but the men he beat for them, which tells you far more about a fighter.
