Moreno, then Mares or Agebko, and finally he should move up and fight Rigondeux. I think he beats Moreno easily, along with Mares and Agebko. I just want to see him fight every 3 months, and fight 2 more fights this year and maybe 4 fights next year.
That would be fine too. He just needs to establish himself at this weightclass and try to unify. If he can do that then he should move up and take on Rigondeux in a big money career defining fight. As of right now he's already considered a very good fighter, and he's probably a future hall of famer, but if he beats Rigondeux then he will be entering into the elite territory that Pacquiao and Mayweather exist in. Rigondeux is his main rival just like Pacquiao is Mayweathers main rival.
