Saying that Tyson would stop Frazier is different than acting that he'd destroy him.

Frazier would hurt Mike to the body in rd 1 and keep up the punishment until Mike quit in rd 4.

Because Smith was holding on for dear life in order not to exchange

It's not impossible Tyson might well destroy him. Maybe it would take time. Maybe Frazier survives early and gets going. The possibilities are endless and a quick Tyson victory is absolutely among them.

I'm definitely picking Tyson to take out Frazier in the first 2-5 rounds. It's about who lands first and that would be Tyson

If Frazier gets out of the first 6 while being somewhat in the fight he takes over and wins

It worked quite well, as Tyson was clearly gassed in late rounds. A shame that Smith wasn't good enough to make advantage of it. Someone like Jack Johnson could have done that ;)

No he wasn't, but nice trolling technique with your case for Johnson

You probably meant Louis beat them. And Tyson would destroy those oafs even easier.

I mean, he missed every punch he threw and he threw much less than in the early rounds. Smith fought last round with hands low and Tyson rarely even tried to take advantage of it. Not to mention that Smith rocked Tyson in last moments of the fight. He wasn't in huge truoubles and clearly won this fight, but it's clear than Smith's clinching tired him a lot and Mike was never known for his stamina. Johnson was much better in this game than Smith, so if he avoided damage in the early rounds, he could outlast Tyson and stop him late.

Smith is a lot bigger than Frazier and he held Tyson a lot.

But he was an "oaf" just like a few Louis opponents. Yet he didn't stop him with ease.

Oh you were being serious? I'm not sure I saw Johnson throw as many punches in Tyson did in round 12.

Smith did get a good punch in just at the end off setting up a trap. He should of been doing that allot earlier instead of fighting scared.
