    I'm honestly surprised to see Mikey Garcia and Shawn Porter on the ballot. Expect to see Adrien Broner or Jorge Linares' name to be on it at some point.

    Yes, SSc he does have. I can confirm no dementia, I am friends with him. His mind and memory are great. Unfortunately the cancer situation is a tragic one and the outlook doesn’t look good which is just heartbreaking. He’s an awesome human being and has a young family. It’s so, so sad.

    Which is a disgrace. If those are inducted into the Hall of Fame, I expect everybody that ever fought on TV once to be too, at some point;

    The IBHOF has lost its prestige a while ago so I wouldn't doubt the chances of those names to be listed on eventually.

    They won't be getting in anytime soon if ever. There are guys that have been on the ballot for decades that eventually get removed. Donald Curry and Julian Jackson waited a longtime before getting in a couple of year ago.

    From what I have seen, the standard is usually at least two titles in different weight classes or long reigning champions with either a unification win or a lineal title reign.

    Look no further than Sven Ottke who had 20 title defences but never unified against Calzaghe or won a title in another weight class. I don't think he ever gets in because of that. Being a belt holder is simply not enough. Almost every hall of famer has a career defining figjt that changed the sport.

    They add just way too many people every year... eventually everybody will get inducted. I maintain my critic too that it is very english speaking concentraded too, I doubt Laciar, Lora or others like them will get inducted, but somebody like Froch, or any very good aussie champion will surely be inducted.

    I hate to hear that. I'm a big fan of his and am hopeful that he gets in. He earned it and I think his chances are good especially since Rafeal Marquez got in recently. That four fight series was so special.

    What do you think of Fretias? He is on the ballot and has a decent shot to eventually make it. Two division champ with one unification. Only lost twice, once two hall of famer Diego Corrales and once to Juan Diaz when he was at the end of his career. He has some really good wins. I think the hall of fame has been pretty fair to English speaking and Latino fighters but if anyone has a complaint, it's European fighters. Eubank, Benn, Ottke, Maske and DM have been on the ballot for 20 years.

    I honestly don´t think he belongs, in a ideal world. I was surprised when I first saw him in the ballot.. but some people like Grigorian who got beat by him are there too...
    And some of the names already in there, IMO, are on the same tier as him, so the ship has sailed.... I hope he gets inducted.
