As a member of this board you get to see the perspective of many fellow boxing fans, and are kept up to date on the latest news pertaining to the fights and fighters themselves.

More than likely, you have been influenced in your picks by your time here...you may see more reasons to go with what you were already thinking, or you can be convinced to go the other way.

Overall do you think your ability to perceive future outcomes, or events in general in the sport, has impoved or been effected adversely by your participation here and places like this.

It's interesting that you added a poll. Our polls are notriously inaccurate.
    Just to name a few:

    Pavlik over Hopkins
    Oscar over Pac
    Zuniga over Inkin
    Forset over Mora (first fight)
    Quintana over Williams (rematch)
    Miranda over Pavlik
    Taylor over Pavlik (first fight)

Those are just a few that come to mind. I'm sure other posters could add several others.

All in all I think ESB makes me a smarter, better informed, boxing fan. And I know for sure that it makes it damn near impossible to get my household chores done:deal

I have been n a slump. I blame it on Suge's deep hatred for the Klit brothers

the boards are somewhat helpful but the sight itself has just as many nut huggers writing articles as the boards do. In all honesty I've seen way more insightful things on the boards than in most of the articles written for the site

This forum seems better than others at getting into the brass tax of what goes on inside the ropes from a purely tactical standpoint. Here and there you seem some really great notes from people.

The majority seems about as good as Teddy Atlas at picking fights, and that's useful as well. Whatever the polls say is wrong. It can be generally counted upon.

I usually tend to pick a fighter and stick with it...ever since I've joined this board people have been putting some serious perspective and "insightful" input that I felt at the time made more sense than my original choice. I end up being seriously ****in' wrong.

But there's only been a few fights that I've looked upon this board for as far as perspective and insight goes...

So I guess we'll see with time.

It helps. Sometimes my picks can change and I take a lot of consieration into what is said here. I still make my own decisions but all views and opinions help my own.
