If you were a fighter, who would you want your trainer to be?

    hmm says....anyone but Margarito's trainer..
I'ld want Emanual Steward or Freddie Roach... these guys have enough knowledge to share from old school to new school boxing so I'm sure they can provide me with a good gameplan when facing certains styles and opponnents.

    Nacho Beristain.
From scratch he would make me fundamentally sound, maximize my strengths, and help me learn good counter punching skills.

Roach doesn't do well outside of Pacquiao.
Stewart only has one style adapted to tall boxers with solid jabs.
    Mayweather Sr can't speak.
Richardson only trains very few fighters who are already seasoned in the sport.

Depends who is best for me
I would be a 36 year old rookie about 6 feet tall and would probbly fight in the 154-168 range. Curently weigh 162.

Stewart, but only because I was insanely tall for my fighting weight.

Nah Roach doesn't try to change a fighter style but only polishes in what they are good at and minimizes their mistakes....

Stewart, even though you've seen him with hw/ tall fighters, he has enough knowledge to put a good gameplan for fighters of any size and styles..... Jab is one key importance... if not for most trainers.

Mayweather is decent but I'm not really impressed ... plus he overprices himself..........
