This movie better be good, because I've always considered Liston's personal life to be arguably the most intriguing of any boxer. I have high expectations for this film.
He might have the features, but I think Ving has a better structure (face and body) for Sonny, if you can make sense of that, haha.

Yeah, Ving Rhames is a thick, tough looking actor. Their's many worse people that could be playing the role.
