I've met Tyson and I'm 6'8" and 3/4 and i was taller than him.

 

Everytime I see Fury he looks huge. I would list him as 6ft 10, he made Wlad and Wilder look small in the ring.

 

To put that perspective in basketball 6'6 is the wing player. Does all the outside perimeter shooting and scoring.

6'9 that a forward or power forward does all the big man work down low very physical. Uses power and muscle. Bang bodies around. Set hard screens and picks for the wing man.

Also picks up the 6'6 wingmsn if he gets a hard screen and ends up flopping on the floor.6'9 is a big body in basketball. 6'6 is like Jordan or Kobe. Not the physical type.

 

His father says he's 6ft 8. He looks taller than Wlad and wilder, but not 6ft 9.

He also may hunch at times not showing his full height.

 

Fury would make AJ his little girlfriend

Fury's height isn't the most impressive feature

It's his reach

He looks like an orangutan

He was coming over the top of Wilder's double jab (which is very rangy) with a left hook and Wilder was totally befuzzled how he was getting hit by such a punch.

6'8" 270 pounds natty

AJ is 6'6" 250 pounds of pumped up riod muscle.

I've seen Wilder fling opponents off like they are nothing, meanwhile Fury made Wilder look small and ragdolled him. Wilder actually managed to turn Fury in a clinch then Fury returned the favour and had him curled up in the corner. hilarious.

Fury has this image about him that's he sort of weak and gangly but it's a total myth. Nobody can beat him in a battle of strength dog fights. He overruns you, nobody can match it. They all blow out against the naturally bigger man.

 

Just cause AJ hits harder doesn't mean he beats Fury on the inside. He is more dangerous than Fury on the inside but it's easily negated.

All examples SHOW that Fury is significantly better on the inside. Fury could go toe to toe with Ruiz Jr and come out top.

Ruiz would throw his little combo's on the inside bounce off Fury's chest and arms, then Fury would wear the little fat man down.

AJ upright like a dosser getting slapped around.

He's pretty useless inside, he uses his strength against smaller men like Wlad did. Wlad failed to clinch AJ. Fury could clinch AJ because he will make AJ WANT to engage a clinch.

AJ will crumble when he has a big man who can bully him. He's a glass cannon like Wilder. Fury has never been bullied physically. To rattle Fury you have to be able to outpoint him to some level.

 

Fury will make him look like an amateur. It will be brutal. Nose gone in 2/3 rounds. Stamina goes mid fight.

Then it's whether Fury wants to step on a wounded animal or just cruise to a victory.

Ignoring the mental element which has already been won.

AJ will come out all professional trying to establish a jab like his trainer tells him to like a good boy, Meanwhile, while AJ is trying to zone in Fury will have already established the jab and poked a hole in his face.

 

No more than 2 inches in it. Wach was probably wearing high shoes as well.

 

If your hunch about his dimensions is right, in rock climbing parlance, he'd be described as having "a positive ape index". Ape index is arm span minus height. A big positive ape index is a huge natural advantage for climbers - long reach without the added weight penalty of being tall, or the problems with body tension / getting bunched-up that accompany long legs.

 

Wach is wearing shoes here, AJ is not.

Doesn't change the fact Fury is bigger and sexier than AJ

 

Wach is the same height as Fury
