    roy jones moved up from light heavy to win the heavyweight title.

    lennox lewis faced and beat a who`s who of heavyweight punchers.

    amir khan yet to be proven.

    judah been in with at least 10 world class fighters been stopped once.

    the china chin/bum/etc etc is banded about like confetti, when in truth there is hardly a world class fighter in history with a china chin.

    * Marvin Hagler
    * Mike McCallum
    * Evander Holyfield
    * Rocky Marciano
    * Ray Mercer
    * Lamon Brewster
    * Vitali Klitschko

    And tons of others I'm forgetting

    For whomever mentioned Lewis, he has two 1-punch KO losses, not a good indicator of a strong chin

    Floyd Mayweather, Sr., on Roy Jones, Jr.:

    "He is a glass-chinned bum"

    Agreed.

    I think Khan might head the list of top prospects with a glaringly glass jaw, at least at the moment.

    That's a good point; it's very hard to 'train' a chin.

    But you can point out when a guy doesn't have a great chin, just like you can point out when a guy doesn't have a good jab. I don't think that's unfair.

    Khan is definitely not a joke. He has a lot of talent. I mean, Lewis' chin didn't stop him from becomming what some consider to be a top-10 all-timer. He's just going to have to work with it, I think.

    Which also says alot about how good Lewis was as a boxer, to be able to protect his 'glass jaw'

    Totally agree. Manny Steward maximized Lewis' talents and covered up his weaknesses. Unlike, say, a Buddy McGirt does with the guys he trains.

    Which is why I have no idea why Jermaine Taylor won't listen to Manny Steward.
